Most of you guys are familiar with my “Super Duty” Bolt Carrier Group.  In fact many of you have called me over the years to tell me how happy you are with your unit.

I finally found a company that agreed to make me BCG’s to my Super Duty specs.

Now that they are being factory produced for me I can offer you guys a “beyond Milspec” bolt carrier group at an unreal low price.

These will all be M16 type carriers as there is no reason to make an AR15 version.  M16 carriers are legal in all semi-auto Ars.

Since I no longer have to tear existing BCG’s apart and throw some of the parts away and replace them I save parts $$$ and lots of labor and we all come out ahead.

I am also having them lasered so you will be assured of getting the 100% real deal and also identify your “THUNDER BOLT” should you get the parts mixed up with some of your others.


I am so sure these are the best Bolt Carrier Groups available they each carry a limited lifetime warranty.  The only exceptions to the warranty are intentional abuse and normal wear on the gas rings.  So if your Thunder Bolt breaks in normal use I will replace it.
