The Daniel Defense 9.0 Free Float Rail System is the lightest mid-length rail available today. It weighs less than 11 ounces (including the threaded ring, barrel nut, and indexing pins)!
TheM4 Rail 9.0 Free Float Rail System is designed to mount from the receiver to just behind the standard front sight post of a mid-length gas system AR15 rifle.
This rail can also be installed on carbine length rifles that have a low-profile gas block.
The indexing pins are constructed from stainless steel while all other components are 6061-T6 aluminum. The Rail System is Military Specification Type III Hard Coat Anodized and 100% Quality Assurance test for conformity to Military Specification 1913 dimensions. |
